Independent Pressure Relief Specialist
- Executing independent pressure relief studies, scenario analyses, and relief capacity calculations remotely for the Dutch process industry.
Senior Technologist
- Responsible for the operational performance, safety, and technological improvement of the Ethyl Lactate plant, including its steam utilities.
- Designed and implemented a new steam header to optimize plant efficiency and safety.
- Designed new process installations, including a storage tank, a catalyst dosing system, heat exchanger setups, and product pump redundancies.
- Led and facilitated HAZOP studies and technically engineered the resulting action items.
- Initiated Management of Change (MOC) procedures for various modifications, including new pressure safety valves (PSVs), process controls, chiller units, and the optimization of a steam boiler.
