  • Responsible for the operational performance, safety, and technological improvement of the Ethyl Lactate plant, including its steam utilities.
  • Designed and implemented a new steam header to optimize plant efficiency and safety.
  • Designed new process installations, including a storage tank, a catalyst dosing system, heat exchanger setups, and product pump redundancies.
  • Led and facilitated HAZOP studies and technically engineered the resulting action items.
